Must be in full working order, no software faults, or hardware issues. No cracks or severe damage to the screen or outer housing. Average wear and tear acceptable. D, E, BER Faulty - Poor: Re Offer	Handset will be classed as faulty if, but is not limited to: The device has a software fault, is cracked, broken or bent or has any missing parts.
