Happy with the service received and would deal with again. It was an old phone and I didn't expect to get anything for it - you gave the highest price. Better still, it is being recycled which I am happy about. I worry about security but figured as the phone doesn't even swich on, I am safe. It took a while for the cheque to arrive but you kept me informed. Well done. Hope I can increase your % as I reckon you deserve an increase.

To be honest I Googled your company as on a price comparison yours was £50 more than others and read some bad reviews and was very apprehensive, but I bit the bullet sent off my phone and everything went perfectly. You paid me the price quoted and I received the money on time. I believe the bad reviews must be people trying it on sending poor quality phones in and hoping for top money.
