D, E, BER Faulty - Poor: Re Offer	Handset will be classed as faulty if, but is not limited to: The device has a software fault, is cracked, broken or bent or has any missing parts. Handsets with no Power or screen image will be returned. Will Power On, will have, but is not limited to faulty software, faulty button(s), faulty Wi-Fi, faulty LCD, faulty charging port, faulty speaker, faulty microphone, heavy scratches, cracked or smashed screen, damaged or heavily warn casing. Non genuine parts. Heavy wear and tear, also includes heavily worn device casing (metal / plastic), will be re-classified as a Grade D.
