Happy with the service received and would deal with again. It was an old phone and I didn't expect to get anything for it - you gave the highest price. Better still, it is being recycled which I am happy about. I worry about security but figured as the phone doesn't even swich on, I am safe. It took a while for the cheque to arrive but you kept me informed. Well done. Hope I can increase your % as I reckon you deserve an increase.

The website is easy to navigate and finding my phone was simple. I sent my phone off on a Thursday, received email confirmation of receipt the next day and the cheque arrived the following Wednesday.
