To be honest I Googled your company as on a price comparison yours was £50 more than others and read some bad reviews and was very apprehensive, but I bit the bullet sent off my phone and everything went perfectly. You paid me the price quoted and I received the money on time. I believe the bad reviews must be people trying it on sending poor quality phones in and hoping for top money. I think the service you provide is second to none, all other competitors are not in the same league, you get better prices here than anywhere else and even when they find a fault which lowers the value you give a perfectly good price for your phones.
