I was very sceptical I must admit and was waiting for the letter advising the price had been down valued or whatever But I was pleasantly surprised to receive an acknowledgement email confirmation payment would arrive in my account shortly which it did within a day or two. Went on comparison website and fonehub was doing the best deal. I was nervous as we all are but sent my phone off in a sturdy box that was well padded via royal mail special delivery. They got it next day and sent an email to say they had received the phone and would be processing it. When it was processed they sent me an email saying cheque was on the way. About a week from start to finish and had no problems. In fact I am using them again to sell my desire z .Will report again when my desire z is done. Thank You Fonehub.
