You paid me the price quoted and I received the money on time. I believe the bad reviews must be people trying it on sending poor quality phones in and hoping for top money. Easy step by step guidance on website to identify mobile being sold, once detailed Fonehub sent jiffy bag with two address labels; one Freepost, one for Recorded delivery. I sent three mobiles, was advised by email on receipt and then again once the mobiles had been checked to inform monies were being sent.
