Went on comparison website and fonehub was doing the best deal. I was nervous as we all are but sent my phone off in a sturdy box that was well padded via royal mail special delivery. They got it next day and sent an email to say they had received the phone and would be processing it. When it was processed they sent me an email saying cheque was on the way. About a week from start to finish and had no problems. In fact I am using them again to sell my desire z .Will report again when my desire z is done. Thank You Fonehub.

The website is easy to navigate and finding my phone was simple. I sent my phone off on a Thursday, received email confirmation of receipt the next day and the cheque arrived the following Wednesday. I cannot fault the service, it was easy, quick and I got a good price for my phone. I would definitely use FoneHub again.

Easy step by step guidance on website to identify mobile being sold, once detailed Fonehub sent jiffy bag with two address labels; one Freepost, one for Recorded delivery. I sent three mobiles, was advised by email on receipt and then again once the mobiles had been checked to inform monies were being sent. Overall, an exceptional company which I will definitely use again and one which I will inform friends and family of.
