Easy step by step guidance on website to identify mobile being sold, once detailed Fonehub sent jiffy bag with two address labels; one Freepost, one for Recorded delivery. I sent three mobiles, was advised by email on receipt and then again once the mobiles had been checked to inform monies were being sent. B, C Working - Average Re-Offer (up to 50%)	Must be fully working, power up and have no faults, cracks, chips or missing parts. No LCD pressure burn or dead pixels. Must be in full working order, no software faults, or hardware issues. No cracks or severe damage to the screen or outer housing. Average wear and tear acceptable. Must be able to make calls, accept a UK SIM and have a working Wifi. No faulty charging ports or swollen / water damaged batteries or handsets.
D, E, BER Faulty - Poor: Re Offer	Handset will be classed as faulty if, but is not limited to: The device has a software fault, is cracked, broken or bent or has any missing parts.
