B, C Working - Average Re-Offer (up to 50%)	Must be fully working, power up and have no faults, cracks, chips or missing parts. No LCD pressure burn or dead pixels. Must be in full working order, no software faults, or hardware issues. No cracks or severe damage to the screen or outer housing. Average wear and tear acceptable. Must be able to make calls, accept a UK SIM and have a working Wifi. No faulty charging ports or swollen / water damaged batteries or handsets.
D, E, BER Faulty - Poor: Re Offer	Handset will be classed as faulty if, but is not limited to: The device has a software fault, is cracked, broken or bent or has any missing parts. Handsets with no Power or screen image will be returned. Will Power On, will have, but is not limited to faulty software, faulty button(s), faulty Wi-Fi, faulty LCD, faulty charging port, faulty speaker, faulty microphone, heavy scratches, cracked or smashed screen, damaged or heavily warn casing.
